Lazy Bend Records is an independent country label headquartered in Parker County, Texas — cattle country west of Fort Worth, where the dance halls are still open and the music never left.
We started with a simple frustration: too many good Texas songwriters get chewed up by deals that were never built for them. So we built a label the way we'd want to be signed to one.
Artist-first, by design. Our artists own their voice, keep their publishing, and share in what they build. We fund the recording, get the songs made right, and put real weight behind every release.
Small on purpose. We'd rather do everything for a few artists than a little for many. If it's got our brand on it, we stand behind it.
